ORANGERY EXTENSION

HISTORIC SHIPBUILDING WAREHOUSE RE-IMAGINED

This project involved the renovation of a Grade II listed house in the St Leonard’s area of Exeter and the addition of an orangery extension to the rear. Raleigh Property fitted a bespoke kitchen, a master bathroom, and undertook extensive bespoke joinery including new oak parquet floors, finishing off with full redecoration.

The orangery extension replaced the existing conservatory and included a hardwood roof lantern, a stone capped parapet wall, hardwood external doors and a new natural stone floor with underfloor heating.

Note: As a separate and later project, Raleigh Property converted and restored a former coach house previously used as an annexe for use as guest accommodation to the main house.
